Jinhua in Zhejiang province is set to launch a comprehensive series of activities to boost consumption during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday. Running under the banner "Explore Yiwu and Tour Jinhua with the Spring Festival Gala", it will attract visitors from across the nation to experience the city's unique blend of history and modernity.

Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua, will serve as a sub-venue for China Central Television's Spring Festival Gala 2026, drawing national attention. To enhance the cultural and tourism experience for both locals and visitors, Jinhua is coordinating resources across culture, commerce, sports, and transportation sectors, to offer a series of festivities, promising a festive and immersive experience for all guests whether they hail from near or far.

A highlight of the activities is the introduction of the "Jinhua Travel Code", a digital platform integrating local tourism resources. It will serve as the main portal for visitors to access information and services, showcasing intangible cultural heritage activities, scenic spots, hotels, and local cuisine.

The city will also utilize the Jinhua-Yiwu-Dongyang urban rail transit system and the surrounding bus routes to connect major commercial and cultural sites. During the festival, various discounts and promotions will be offered by local businesses, including dining, retail, and accommodations.

Jinhua will also promote five themed tourism experiences, focusing on shopping, film-TV shooting, intangible cultural heritage, rural tourism, and leisure tourism. It will also offer 10 curated travel routes, showcasing the city's attractions.
