The Kimberley Marine Support Base (KMSB) project, produced by Shanghai Tunnelling Engineering Intelligent Manufacturing Haiyan in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, has been successfully delivered and assembled in Western Australia. This achievement earned the company a letter of appreciation from TAMS Group on April 16, 2025, marking a significant milestone in its overseas expansion.

Designed for a port facility in Western Australia, the KMSB project included floating wharf structures and precast walkway systems that could adapt to large tidal variations. The order covered three types of walkway panels and three types of curb components.

The project was completed within a 90-day construction schedule despite discrepancies between domestic and international standards and the stringent durability requirements for marine concrete.

Established in 2017 and operational in 2020, the company specializes in precast concrete components for rail transit, highway bridges, and municipal infrastructure projects.

The company is currently operating at full capacity, with 21 projects in production. Daily shipments of tunnel lining segments have tripled compared with previous levels.

The company expects annual precast concrete output to reach nearly 600,000 cubic meters this year and is targeting an output value of 800 million yuan ($118 million). A new order from Australia entered production in May, further supporting its international growth strategy.
