Ayoub Bourachid, a cultural envoy of Taizhou from Morocco, visited Huangyan district in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, where he observed the process of transforming fresh sugarcane into brown sugar at a local workshop. 

Guided by Cai Hui, a practitioner of the intangible cultural heritage craft of Toutuo brown sugar making, he gained first-hand experience of this traditional craft.
