The 2025 China (Zhuji)-Dubai Industrial Cooperation Matchmaking Conference took place in Dubai on July 7.

The event aimed to foster deeper collaboration in industries such as textiles and chemical fibers between Zhuji, a county-level city in Shaoxing, East China's Zhejiang province, and Dubai. It served as a platform for business exchange and shared development opportunities.

During the conference, officials from both Zhuji and Dubai highlighted their development strengths. Representatives from prominent Zhuji enterprises also outlined their core businesses and collaboration needs.

Tang Zhengang, president of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce UAE, emphasized the growing economic ties between China and the United Arab Emirates. He noted that the conference was a crucial opportunity to advance industrial cooperation.

Tang explained that Zhuji offers high-quality products and advanced technology that align well with Dubai's market demands. He added that the Chamber will act as a bridge, facilitating industrial matchmaking, providing investment services, and promoting technical exchanges.

The Zhuji municipal people's government and the Office of H.H. Sheikh Abdulhakim Obaid Suhail Buti Al Maktoum, UAE, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This agreement formally launches collaboration in trade, investment, and industrial matchmaking.
