China extends visa-free policy for Russian citizens
China has decided to extend visa-free entry for Russian citizens until Dec 31, 2027, a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
Ordinary passport holders from Russia can stay visa-free for no more than 30 days for business, tourism, visiting family and friends, exchange, and transit, Guo Jiakun said at a regular news conference.
Beijing is willing to work with Moscow to facilitate people-to-people exchanges further, injecting more impetus into the development of the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era, Guo said.
