At a new factory of Zhejiang Vista Sports Goods, a company based in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, more than 10 helmet assembly lines were running at full capacity on Dec 15.

The company was producing ski helmets for shipment to over 30 countries and regions, including Austria and the United States. Workers were accelerating output to meet delivery schedules ahead of the winter season in major international markets.

Zhejiang Vista Sports Goods is among the earliest domestic enterprises to specialize in the manufacturing of winter sports equipment. Its product range includes ski goggles, ski helmets, and related protective gear, which have gained steady acceptance among overseas distributors and professional sports brands.

From January to November this year, the export value of ski helmets reached 140 million yuan ($20 million). Exports of ski goggles and snowboards exceeded 70 million yuan during the same period.
