A screening ceremony for the Zhejiang leg of the 2026 Looking China — Foreign Youth Film Project was held at Quzhou University in East China's Zhejiang province on May 25, marking the conclusion of a film exchange program documenting Quzhou through the perspectives of young international filmmakers.

Ten foreign directors participated in the project, visiting historic streets, traditional villages, and Go schools throughout the city. They filmed local cultural landscapes and incorporated distinctive elements such as Southern Confucian culture into their short documentaries.

The Looking China — Foreign Youth Film Project has invited young filmmakers from more than 100 countries and produced over 1,000 short films, aiming to present China through diverse international perspectives.
