Quzhou-made collectible cards to feature at Spring Festival Gala
China Media Group (CMG) announced on Feb 5 Kayou — China's largest collectible card maker — as the exclusive card partner for CMG's 2026 Spring Festival Gala.
At Kayou's production base in Kaihua county, Quzhou, traditional "toy factory" stereotypes are overturned. Automated production lines, featuring advanced printing devices and die-cutting systems, execute processes with micron-level precision. Complex techniques like lenticular and 3D effects help achieve efficient mass production, reflecting a high commitment to quality.
The company focuses on technological innovation, from eco-friendly inks to durable materials, transforming cards into cultural carriers with a high collectible value.
Kayou's approach extends beyond manufacturing to the realm of cultural creativity. By collaborating with over 70 cultural brands, with Chinese themes accounting for over 30 percent of the total, Kayou's cards are injecting new life into traditional Chinese culture.

Kayou's growth also reflects Quzhou's industrial transformation. The company's products now encompass cards, stationery, and plush toys. In 2024, its stationery revenue alone exceeded 500 million yuan ($72.33 million).
The Spring Festival Gala is a cultural feast that unites Chinese people all over the world, and CMG's collaboration with Kayou embraces both innovation and culture, turning cards into cultural bridges.
Kayou is creating a series of collectible cards with auspicious meanings and contemporary aesthetics for the Year of the Horse, to be featured in the gala's programs.
