As National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival approach, Jinhua in East China's Zhejiang province has prepared a series of activities for residents and visitors from Oct 1 to 8.

Wuzhou Ancient Town scenic area will transport visitors to the Song Dynasty (960-1279) with immersive experiences. A live-action role-playing game will be held at Jiufang Alley, where visitors can interact with historical figures, while a Song Dynasty-style market will display traditional crafts and local delicacies, bringing the vibrant atmosphere of the past to life.

From Oct 1 to 6, the 2nd Coffee Culture Carnival will take place at Wanfo Pagoda Park, gathering over 60 renowned coffee brands from the province and across the country.

The highly anticipated Sanjiangli commercial square, facing Wuzhou Ancient Town across the Wujiang River, will open on Oct 1, hosting a trendy lifestyle festival. The event will feature performances by popular bands like Mojohand, an art exhibition, and nighttime activities such as flower god parades and outdoor movie screenings.

For sci-tech enthusiasts and culture lovers, the Jinhua Light Culture Plaza, not far from Sanjiangli square, will offer 10 themed activities, catering to all age groups.

The Jinhua Science and Technology Museum's "magical night of science" on Oct 1 and 3 will enable children to enjoy science explorations through interactive experiments. The Jinhua City Exhibition Hall will host hands-on experiences, such as mother-of-pearl inlaying and traditional rice cake making.

Additionally, a floating bridge linking the north and south banks of the Wujiang River will open on Oct 1, providing a new pathway for residents and visitors.

The bridge will connect the historic charm of Wuzhou Ancient Town with the modern vibrancy of Sanjiangli, allowing visitors to enjoy two distinct experiences in one day.
