From 20 students to 300 a year, the Ningbo University-University of Angers Joint Institute has thrived for 20 years, training over 1,300 talents with global vision. On Sept 18, its executive dean, Professor Shen Shiwei, received the l'Ordre des Palmes Academiques, the first such honor for Ningbo's education system.
