Quzhou's mobile robots gain popularity in overseas markets
At a factory operated by Quzhou Jiazhi Technology Company, based in Changshan county, Quzhou, Zhejiang province, staff were recently busy assembling autonomous mobile robots and conducting tests on automatic obstacle avoidance and load-bearing transport.
The company's core research and development team is primarily from Zhejiang University. It specializes in cutting-edge fields such as robot navigation algorithms, laser simultaneous localization and mapping navigation technology, and multi-robot collaborative controls.
Leveraging these cutting-edge technologies, the company has developed intelligent logistics products for the manufacturing sector, including indoor and outdoor load-bearing mobile robots, smart unmanned forklifts, and composite mobile operation robots.
These products boast autonomous navigation, cargo recognition, and intelligent handling capabilities, offering efficiency and convenience.
In the first half of the year, the company received orders totaling nearly 300 million yuan ($41.76 million), with exports orders accounting for over 20 percent.
Its products are now sold in more than 30 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
